Sled Harness: User Guide
A quick view of everything you need to know about your sled harness.
Sled Draggin Harness
With a sled harness, you can pull weight both forward and backward, which means your shoulders, core, and legs will be working hard to resist the pulling motion. As you do this, your entire body will be moving, making it a great full-body workout.
Each Sled Draggin harness is made with tough materials including: nylon, polyester, polypro, and various heavy fabrics. The anchor rings are thick, welded steel.
The 2 inch wide belt has a strong, non-slip buckle that you can easily adjust to fit just right. To switch between pulling backward and forward, simply connect your pull strap to the front and back anchor rings.
How to use your sled harness
1
Put on your harness
Putting on your harness is like putting on a backpack, but your head goes through the shoulder opening. The harness shoulders sit on your shoulders.
Buckle up your belt and adjust the size. After your belt is buckled, pull the outer adjustment strap until the belt is comfortable snug.
2
Connect to something heavy
Snap your pull strap to the front ring to pull backward, or to the back ring to pull forward. Attach the other end to a sled, tire, truck, or anything you can drag.
Snap your pull strap to the front ring to pull backward.
Snap to the back ring to pull forward.
Now you're ready to rock. LET'S GO!
Care, cleaning, and storage
We're Gettin' Dirty
Cleaning by hand will work best. If your gear is extra dirty, soaking it in warm water and soap for a good 20 minutes will do the trick. Then, wash by hand.
Use simple soap if needed. Wash in a hot or cold bath, or clean it in the yard with a garden hose.
Machine washing is not recommended.
Allow to fully air dry. Store your belt in your garage, closet, or anywhere convenient.
