Sled Belts: User Guide
A quick view of everything you need to know about your sled belt.
Sled Draggin Belt
With a sled belt, you can pull in any direction from the waist. Your legs and knees will take the majority of the forces while you resistance train. Your full body will be in motion while you work out, getting a full exercise in.
Each sled belt is made with tough materials including: nylon, polyester, polypro, and various heavy fabrics. The anchor rings are thick, welded steel.
The inner belt is one inch wide and features a tough non-slip buckle to hold your belt in place while working out. This allows you to rotate the sled belt around your torso, which changes your pulling direction.
How to use your sled belt
1
Start with the inner belt.
Buckle the inner belt around your waist, just like a normal belt for pants. Next, pull the loose strap to adjust to your waist size. You don't need to over tighten the inner belt.
After the inner belt is buckled into place, you can adjust your sled belt around your torso for pulling forward, backward, or sideways.
2
Connect to something heavy
Snap your pull strap to both steel rings. Attach the other end to a sled, tire, truck, or anything you can drag.
Rotate your sled belt around your waist to change pulling direction. Pull forward, backward, or sideways.
Now you're ready to rock. LET'S GO!
Care, cleaning, and storage
We're Gettin' Dirty
Cleaning by hand will work best. If your gear is extra dirty, soaking it in warm water and soap for a good 20 minutes will do the trick. Then, wash by hand.
Use simple soap if needed. Wash in a hot or cold bath, or clean it in the yard with a garden hose.
Machine washing is not recommended.
Allow to fully air dry. Store your belt in your garage, closet, or anywhere convenient.
